Professional growth is supported by Standards that are the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ of ongoing professional learning through:

    responsibility and goal alignment.

2. generative leadership requiring skillful leaders who develop capacity, advocate, and
    create support systems for professional learning.

3. resources require prioritizing, monitoring and coordination for professional growth.

4. data using a variety of sources and system information to plan, assess and evaluate  
    professional learning.

5. learning that integrates theories, research, and models of human learning to achieve its intended outcomes.

6. outcomes aligned with competencies and job descriptions.
