Contractor Registry
WRPS is creating an Operations and Maintenance Contractor Registry to assist with future tenders and Requests for Pricing (RFPs). Contractors interested in partnering with WRPS on future projects can email tori.lemieux@wrps11.ca to receive/return a contractor prequalification form. WRPS follows Administrative Procedure 515 Purchasing when procuring contractor services.
Facility Rentals
Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools supports youth and community programs, by making our facilities, grounds, furniture and equipment available for use by the community. Any community or not-for-profit organization, employee, or partner in education may use our facilities on a regular or intermittent basis.
Individuals or organizations wishing to use WRPS buildings can submit a request through our Rentals Portal: WRPS Facility Rentals Online Booking Portal
The online platform requires users to create an account. There is a short instruction video to guide you through the steps. For questions on submitting the application, please call 780-352-8078 and speak to the Plant Facilities Coordinator or the Facilities Manager.
