Alder Flats School organized a school-wide activity based on the book “The Dot” by Peter H. Reynolds beginning on Monday, January 11. "The Dot" is a very short story with an impactful lesson on finding your courage to get started. It teaches us that by finding our courage, we can start with a little thing, turn it into something bigger or have it start a chain reaction of possibilities.
Thanks to Alder Flat School's Wellness Coach, Tina Hutchinson, for coming up with wellness activities for each class to participate in after they were introduced to the book. Our online learners were included in the activity and simply needed to click on a link to take part from home.
