Pipestone School - Hand Bell Performance

What does a video of  hand bells being played at Christmas represent at Pipestone School?

This video of Grade 5 and 6 Pipestone School students is a treasure on its own but it speaks to so much more about the positive culture of the school community.

The video is a portion of the final performance of O Come All Ye Faithful at the December 20th Christmas concert but is the product of weeks of hard work, volunteered by students and staff on their breaks.  A big shout out goes to Mrs. Anjuli Phillips and her grade five and six students.

The video serves as a small sample of the entire school's efforts to make a beautiful Holiday experience at the concerts.  Other parts of the school's culture that makes each day a chance for "Learning To Succeed' that are represented by this video include Mrs. Colleen Holtby's immensely cute kinderowls; hours of work by school support staff and students to set up and clean up for the concert; hours of hard work by school council and fundraising society volunteers on the successful raffle and bake sales which raised over $2500 for student activities such as field trip transportation; generous donations from Pipestone School family and friends.

Perhaps the most important thing that the video represents is the day-to-day success of each student.

Pipestone School shares the warmth of the Holiday season and sends wishes to you and yours for a wellness New Year!
