We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation’s Youth Board for their generous support in collecting hygiene items for children, youth, and families within Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools. Through their efforts, 112 hygiene kits were assembled and will be distributed to schools across the division. These kits will help ensure that students have access to essential personal care items, supporting their health, dignity, and readiness to learn.
We are incredibly grateful for the Youth Board’s commitment to the well-being of our students and their meaningful contribution to our school communities.
We are also grateful to Walmart, for their generous monetary donation, which will go toward creating additional kits this fall. Their support will help us continue to meet the needs of students and families in our school communities.
This initiative is a wonderful reminder of the compassion and generosity that exists within our community.
