Fundraiser Raises $3253.12 for Education Plus Fund

Simone Bredlow a local realtor for Remax Wetaskiwin organized a very successful fundraiser for the Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools Education Plus Fund. 

Ms. Bredlow organized a ladies golf tournament which was held at the Montgomery Glenn golf course on August 26, 2018.  Approximately 70 golfers participated in the golf tournament and collectively raised $3235.12 in contributions to the WRPS Education Plus Fund.

The Education Plus Fund assists financially needy students who may not be able to participate in extra/co-curricular school activities.  The Education Plus Fund was established to accept donations that will used to help these students. The fund is only used for those students who, for financial reasons, would be otherwise unable to participate in extra-curricular/co-curricular activities.
