Snow and icy conditions today serve as a great reminder about the Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools Bus Status app, that is available for free for iPhone and Android mobile devices.
A better looking, faster and more personalized version of Bus Status will be available starting at 5 p.m., Friday, Nov. 27.

4X faster processing time.
Speedier push notification system, letting you know about delays and cancellations quicker.
WRPS information screen allowing you to access inclement weather policies, contact information and general regulations with just a tap.
Important
Users must “star” buses they wish to receive push notifications for once they have upgraded. Previously favorite buses in the old version will not be saved.
If you already have the app on your mobile device, you'll receive a few handy reminders about the upgrade and the need to favorite routes of interest to you over the next several days.
The bus app is created by Box Clever, an Edmonton-based web design company, and information on Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools routes is updated by Director of Transportation.
