Centennial School Visits Maskwacis Cultural College

On May 25, 44 students, parents and staff from Centennial Elementary enjoyed a welcoming BBQ at the Maskwacis Cultural College (MCC).  Beyond the pure relaxation of the sunny afternoon, everyone took delight in the activities provided as well as the family and friend connections.  Students made rockets that shot impressively into the blue sky, created owls out of pine cones, beaded bracelets, listened to Samson High School’s rock band, gained several new books to add to their home library and shared a fantastic lunch. Hawk FM conducting a live interview with two of our students who were very impressive, showcasing their communication skills and what they like about school!
