Lakedell Students Raise $2,738

To raise funds for cancer research, Lakedell School students and staff annually participate in the Terry Fox Run. This year the small school of 68 students ran and walked to raise an incredible $2,738.20. Thank you to the supporters and families for helping raise this very impressive amount to support the Terry Fox Foundation. As an incentive and reward, students who contributed were given the opportunity to throw water balloons at their Teachers, Educational Assistants and their Principal. As part of the school's Student Well Being Plan, additional events are being organized by students and staff to ensure everyone feels positive about their school experience at Lakedell
