February is a time for random acts of kindness and trying new things.
Our students worked with Mrs. Hutchinson to complete projects based on the story The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds. This story is about a student who learns about her inner creativity starting with a simple dot. Through this task, she boosts her self-confidence to try new things.
As well, the students wrote positive messages to share with West Pine Lodge residents. This was a great way for our students to “pay kindness forward” in a COVID-friendly way.
