Parking Lot and Sidewalk Construction at Early Education & Family Wellness Center (EEFWC)
Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools will undertake an expansion/reconfiguration of the parking lot at EEFWC.  In addition, the City of Wetaskiwin has plans to construct sidewalks on 56 Avenue adjacent to the EEFWC.   Construction of the sidewalk along EEFWC is scheduled to be completed during the summer of 2018 and is estimated to cost $28,000.   The Board of Trustees has agreed to partner with the City of Wetaskiwin and contribute fifty percent of the cost for the sidewalk.  The City of Wetaskiwin has indicated that they are willing to work with WRPS to ensure any changes to the sidewalk and access to the parking lot meet both organizations’ needs.
