Administrative Procedures

Administrative Procedures are designed to be the primary written source of administrative direction for the Division. They are designed to be entirely consistent with Board Policy, and are an extension of policy in the form of procedures. The Administrative Procedures may make further reference to other detailed administrative documents that have been developed to provide specific guidelines on selected matters.

There are 5 categories in which administrative procedures are placed.  The categories are:

100 General Administration:                                                                                                

Technology, Communications, Protocol, Major Event Responses, FOIPP and Copyright

200 Instructional Programs and Materials:                                                                          

General, Specific Programming, Auxiliary Services, Field Trips, Learning Resources

300 Students:                                                                                                                   

Admissions, Care Records, Conduct Discipline, Evaluation, Events

400 Personnel and Employee Relations:                                                                                    

All Staff, Teacher, Administration, Support Staff, Substitutes, Volunteers                                  

500 Business Administration:                                                                                                     

Budgets, Accounting, Fundraising, Insurance, Facilities, Student Transportation
