Payroll Services

The Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools Payroll Services department generates approximately 750 paycheques per pay period.

All employees shall be paid via direct deposit with their pay statements delivered through their WRPS email account on the last working day before the payroll payment date. Payment dates are as follows:

1. Not later than the 26^th of each month.

Important Note: The cut-off to submit information affecting payroll is the 15^thof each month (new employee benefits packages, timesheets, contract confirmation forms, etc.). Information received after the 15^th will be processed the following month.
